Dealing with the Pandemic and Making Today a More Productive Day

Antoine DuPont is a recognized expert and strategist in digital marketing. He’s an award-winning marketing agency owner and a speaker at national & international conferences including a keynote presentation at #XPLOR20 September 17-19 in St. Pete Beach Florida.

Some days are productive and some aren’t.

Yesterday wasn’t productive. I kept getting distracted by  Facebook or by the latest news article on the pandemic.

So I went in the kitchen looking for a snack. I kept telling myself “you’re not hungry, you’re just distracted & anxious”. I made myself a sandwich anyway. Just because.

Today will be a more productive day! I hope…

One of the simple ways I found to stay focused is to take one simple project at a time, like “create 2 short videos” or “redesign my landing page”, “write one blog”

Mountaineer and Adventurer, Jeff Evans, Named Keynote Speaker for Xploration® 18

Jeff has appeared on ABC’s Expedition Impossible, is the published author of MountainVision: Lessons Beyond the Summit, and has played a major role in the award-winning documentaries Farther Than the Eye Can See, Blindsight and High Ground. He was also featured in a six-episode mini-series by the Travel Channel, Everest Air.

“If you’ve been to the Xploration events before, you might remember Jeff from our 2014 event”, says Skip Henk, President and CEO of Xplor International. “The audience was blown away by his message then and I knew we needed to get him again in the future. I spoke with many people regarding keynote speakers this year and Jeff’s name was the one that kept coming up. I have no doubt that you will enjoy it.”

Jeff’s climbing began in the late 1980s on the rock faces of Colorado and California. By the mid-90s, Jeff was guiding clients, as well as working search and rescue, on North America’s highest mountain, Mt. McKinley.

In 1993, Jeff met and formed a relationship with blind climber, Erik Weihenmayer. Together, they shattered people’s perceptions about the “handicaps” of the disabled by climbing Mt. McKinley, El Capitan and Aconcagua; competing in adventure races; guiding other disabled individuals on peaks around the world; and successfully reaching the summit of Mt. Everest in 2001. To date, Erik is the only blind climber to reach the summit of Everest.

The teamwork, communication and leadership skills that Jeff has honed during his amazing adventures and challenges have given him the tools to become one of the most dynamic and inspirational speakers on the circuit today.

Mr. Vitti has worked in the healthcare field for over 35 years, spending the last 32 years as the Head Athletic Trainer for the storied Los Angeles Lakers. Gary is also known for his philanthropic work, creating the National Basketball Athletic Trainers Association Foundation. During his tenure as chairman, he was involved with organ and tissue donation, the Miami Project for paralysis, the National Kidney Foundation, and provided countless scholarships for young athletic training students.  He served on the board of a Window Between Worlds, an organization that uses art as a healing tool for survivors of domestic violence and is currently is on the advisory board of Team Heal, an organization that provides health care and education as well as scholarships in underserved communities.

Xploration® 16 to Feature Three Industry Keynotes

Lutz, FL — February 15, 2016—Xplor International, the worldwide electronic document systems association, today announced their complete lineup of keynote presentations for Xploration® 16 being held April 5-7  at the Caribe Royale Orlando in Orlando, Florida. Opening Keynote – Jeffrey Hayzlett is a global business celebrity, primetime television and radio show host, and best-selling author. He shares his executive insight and commentary on television networks like Bloomberg, MSNBC, Fox Business, and C-Suite TV. Hayzlett is a former Bloomberg contributing editor and primetime host, and has appeared as a guest celebrity judge on NBC’s Celebrity Apprentice with Donald Trump for three seasons. With a strong following in business and social media communities, he’s recognized as one of the top 10 c-suite Twitterers and a key influencer in the social media landscape.

His keynote, Think Big, Act Bigger, will focus on the attitude needed to overcome the obstacles that face businesses every day. “No one is coming to save us, none of us will win the lottery. Technology Keynote – Rick Parrish is a Senior Customer Experience Analyst at Forrester Research.
