First Timer Recognition Program Open for XPLOR22

The Program Provides Complimentary Conference Registration to Qualified Applicants

Lutz, FL – May 25, 2022 – Xplor International, the association for the Customer Communications Industry, today announced the opening of the First Timer Recognition Program for their upcoming annual conference, XPLOR22, that is being held September 13-15, 2022 at TradeWinds Island Grand in St. Pete Beach, Florida. The two-and-a-half day event features world-class education and networking in a relaxing, yet invigorating environment. This year’s Education Committee has researched the topics that are dominating our industry and the event will focus on Innovative Strategies to Transform the Customer Experience. XPLOR22 will cover 20 areas of focus which include Industry Trends, Technology, and Customer Engagement.

Since 2016, the First Timer Recognition Program has provided over 275 conference passes, valued at $1,099 each, to end-user attendees to introduce them to Xplor’s world-class educational forum. Xplor will once again recognize qualified first-time attendees by providing them with a complimentary full-conference pass and an open invitation to see what Xplor is all about. The complimentary conference pass entitles the recipient to attend all Xplor educational sessions, general sessions, vendor forum and networking events.

“Our First Timer initiative is an integral part of the conference program as new attendees bring with them new perspectives and challenges that benefit the event and open the door to discussion,” says Skip Henk, President and CEO of Xplor International. “It also provides them the opportunity to listen to case studies, meet with industry experts, gain exposure to the latest industry trends and expand their professional network.”

To qualify, applicants must not have attended an Xplor annual conference over the last 5 years, be employed by an enterprise or end-user company, and stay at the host hotel. XPLOR22 Now Accepting Vendor Forum Applications

Event to Feature 28 Leading-Edge Providers of CCM Technology and Services

Lutz, FL – May 18, 2022 – Xplor International, the worldwide electronic document systems association, today announced they are accepting applications for exhibit space at their 2022 annual conference, XPLOR22, which will take place September 13-15, 2022, in St. Pete Beach, Florida at the TradeWinds Island Grand Resort.

The two-and-a-half-day conference will focus on Innovative Strategies to Transform the Customer Experience and brings together end users, analysts, consultants, industry experts and vendors from the CCM industry who will share the latest best practices and trends in the customer communications industry.

The show floor is limited to 28 exhibitors and we are offering two “all inclusive” options to choose from: a standard 8×10 booth or an 8×10 kiosk. These options level the playing field for all vendors while providing a more intimate experience.

  • The standard booth ($4750 USD during early bird) includes a 6-foot table with two chairs, carpet, a wastebasket, 7”x44” company identification sign, a five-amp power drop for laptops, two employee full conference passes, as well as two complimentary conference passes for end user customers/prospects.
  • The kiosk option ($5600 USD during early bird) includes the same entitlements as a standard booth as well as a countertop and two graphic panels, with two padded stools instead of chairs.
  • Internet in the Vendor Forum is provided through your guest room access and is sufficient to check your email. Additional bandwidth may be purchased.
