Lutz, FL — March 11, 2024:  Xplor International, the worldwide electronic document systems association, today announced their annual conference, the 2024 Xplor Summit will take place September 24-26, 2024, in Lake Buena Vista, Florida at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista, Disney Springs Area.

“We are excited to partner with Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista this September,” says Skip Henk, Xplor President/CEO.  “The venue location offers a one-of-a-kind experience for attendees to encourage networking with entertainment and restaurants in close proximity.”

The two-and-a-half-day event brings together end users, analysts, consultants, industry experts, and vendors dedicated to the education, evolution, and success of the Customer Communications Management (CCM) industry. The event will include:

Vendor Forum Applications Now Accepted for 2023 Xplor CCM Summit

Event to Feature 20 Leading-Edge Providers of CCM Technology and Services

Lutz, FL – July 11, 2023 – Xplor International, the worldwide electronic document systems association, today announced they are accepting applications for exhibit space at their annual event, the 2023 CCM Summit, which will take place November 14-16, 2023, in Orlando, Florida at the Rosen Centre Hotel.

The two-and-a-half-day event brings together end users, analysts, consultants, industry experts, and vendors dedicated to the education, evolution, and success of the CCM industry.

The show floor is limited to 20 exhibitors, and we are offering two “all inclusive” options to choose from: a standard 8×10 booth or an 8×10 kiosk. These options level the playing field for all vendors while providing a more intimate experience.

  • The standard booth ($4750 USD during early bird) includes a 6-foot draped table with two chairs, a wastebasket, 7”x44” company identification sign, a five-amp power drop for laptops, two employee full summit passes, as well as two complimentary summit passes for end user customers/prospects.
  • The kiosk option ($5900 USD during early bird) includes the same entitlements as a standard booth as well as a countertop and two graphic panels, with two padded stools instead of chairs.

“At the moment there are only thirteen open booths remaining due to the level of interest prior to our formal announcement,” says Skip Henk, President/CEO of Xplor International. “The interest in the new summit format certainly seems high, both from a vendor and an attendee perspective. We look forward to a great event.”

Xplor Announces Changes to Annual Conference

Lutz, FL — March 21, 2023: Xplor International, the worldwide electronic document systems association, today announced major changes to their annual conference.

In addition to rebranding the event as the Xplor CCM Summit, changes to the format and content are designed to better promote the exchange of information and ideas, introduce different perspectives, and drive strategic conversations.

“Our new Conference Committee has reimagined our annual conference, focusing on targeted content and format changes including more general sessions, discussion groups and a new, simple breakout session format,” says Skip Henk, Xplor President/CEO.  “The changes will drive even more interaction and discussion, which is the goal of the event.”

The annual Xplor event historically brings together end users, analysts, consultants, industry experts, and vendors dedicated to the education, evolution, and success of the CCM industry. The two-and-a-half-day event will feature multiple keynotes and general session panels, two track options, five networking events, birds of a feather discussions and, of course, incomparable educational content.

XPLOR21 Call for Presentations Now Open

Lutz, FL – June 1, 2021 Xplor International has issued their annual call for presentations for XPLOR21, the premier event for the Customer Communications industry. The event is taking place November 16-18 at the TradeWinds Island Grand in St. Pete Beach, Florida and will feature 40+ educational sessions, general sessions, a vendor forum and daily networking events.

The call for presentations is open through July 15th, with speakers being able to choose a 45-minute deep dive session, a 25-minute lightning learning session as well as the opportunity to participate on different panels. Since 2016, the First Timer Recognition Program has provided over 250 conference passes, valued at $1,099 each, to end-user attendees to introduce them to Xplor’s world-class educational forum. Xplor will once again recognize qualified first-time attendees by providing them with a complimentary full-conference pass and an open invitation to see what Xplor is all about. The complimentary conference pass entitles the recipient to attend all Xplor educational sessions, general sessions, vendor forum and networking events.

“Our First Timer initiative is an integral part of the conference program.
