The final Xploration Tour stop for 2017 was in Minneapolis, Minnesota on November 15th and it was truly a one-of-a-kind event. In addition to the great programming, information, and networking opportunities, it included our first offsite tour, at Venture Solutions, as well as a complimentary NBA ticket to the evening’s home game for the Minnesota Timberwolves.
The Tour will kick off 2018 in Atlanta on May 22nd. Check back here for the latest information as it’s announced.
About the Xploration Tour
The program is a joint venture with the Xplor USA Region designed to provide educational programming, information and networking opportunities to our members as well as industry professionals across North America. This is a great opportunity to spend a day networking and learning about the latest trends and best practices in Customer Communications Management. Be sure to view Xplor’s YouTube Channel for videos of past events.
Details about this new Customer Communications Event
The one-day events will each feature an analyst industry overview, four educational sessions and a final speaker panel discussion addressing best practices and technologies that drive Customer Communications.
The day will start with registration and a continental breakfast along with informal networking before the sessions commence. An industry analyst will provide an Industry Overview of the Customer Communications Industry and serve as moderator for the remaining five scheduled sessions.
The last session of the day will be an interactive “speaker panel” offering an opportunity for attendees to delve deeper and discuss their Customer Communications challenges and views with speakers.
The Xploration® Tour is different from any other “local” programming Xplor has done in the past:
- Analysts are a draw for attendees. As such the opening session is going to be given by an industry analyst who will also moderate the remaining sessions as well as the Speaker Panel Discussion.
- Meetings are being conducted at customer / enterprise locations throughout the United States with most including a facility tour.
- Attendees like “real world” presentations and each agenda is focusing on enterprise user presentations and/or case studies.
- Sessions will be recorded and posted on the Xplor website as well as be distributed via E-Document News
