FAQ – Annual Conference Exhibitors
What does the Xplor booth cost include?
All booths are turnkey and include pipe/drape, table, chairs, carpet, electrical and internet connection plus two complimentary Platinum Passport for employee’s entrance into the Vendor Forum, lunches, conference sessions, and all networking events. The post-event registration list, listing on the Xplor conference website and onsite conference guide, and vendor panel participation (based on availability and deadlines) are all part of this package.
If I have more than one employee in the booth, can they go to all events and sessions?
Two Platinum Passports are included with the exhibit fee, a $1,095 value. You can purchase up to 5 additional Platinum Passports for company employees at $525 each. A platinum passport provides access to the Vendor Forum, lunches, all networking events and all conference sessions.
Do I get an individual speaking slot as an exhibitor?
Xplor does not guarantee an educational speaking slot as part of your agreement. We will accept topics as part of our “call for presentations” that are educational and solutions-oriented (not a product pitch). All applications will be vetted by our Education Committee for content, relevance, and interest and each application must meet our deadlines for information.
Can I get exhibit-only passes?
Xplor does not offer exhibit-only passes. Our event is structured differently from typical trade shows in that we include lunches and other networking events directly on the exhibit floor. Due to costs involved, all end users and non-exhibiting vendors must purchase either a one-day, two-day or three-day conference pass. As an exhibitor, you are entitled two free conference passes for your customers and/or prospects.
FAQ – Elite Sponsorships
Can Elite sponsorships be tailored to my needs?
Yes, we can tailor sponsorships whether Platinum, Gold, or Silver level. The number of entitlements would vary according to the level of sponsorship.
FAQ – Educational Webcasts
How do sponsored webcasts work?
Xplor webcasts are educational and solutions-based to help our end user audience understand new technologies, concepts, best practices and ideas for their businesses. Xplor handles all aspects of the webcast including: scheduling, promoting, facilitating the actual webcast, recording, converting and posting the recording and presentation on the Member Portal. Sponsors receive a registration list 1-2 days following the event as well as a link to the recorded webcast.
What if I have already signed up for an educational webinar and have to change the date?
Xplor webcasts are popular and most times sold out with the webcasts’ scheduled well in advance. We will try to sell your slot to another sponsor, but if we are unable to do so in a reasonable timeframe, you would forfeit the cost of the webinar.
