Xplor International Issues 2017 Conference Call for Presentations

Three-Day Event to Host Over 60 Educational Sessions, Vendor Forum, and Networking Events

Lutz, FL – September 29, 2016 Xplor International, the worldwide electronic document systems association,  has issued a “call for presentations” for their annual event, Xploration® 17, taking place March 28-30, 2017 at the Caribe Royale Orlando in Orlando, Florida. The event will feature five distinct tracks which include over 60 educational sessions, 40 solution snapshot sessions, five panel sessions, a keynote, and an Industry Analysts Workshop, all in addition to the vendor forum and daily networking events.

Xplor has opened up the call for presentations with the ability to submit as either a Session Presenter or a Panelist. However, Xplor is doing things a bit different this year. Session Presenters will have the option of a 25-minute Lightning Learning or a 50-minute Deep Dive timeslot.

“Delivering educational content from those that live, work and breathe customer communications helps make our conference successful”, says Roger Chamberlain, 2017 Conference Chair.  “For the last few years, the number of submissions has surpassed available opportunities to present, so we encourage you to submit early.  Sharing your knowledge and experiences is paramount to ensuring our attendees have the best opportunity to learn!”

Due to past demand, we can only accept one entry per person for session presenters, so choose your best one! Those selected will be notified of the status of their submission in November.

The event will feature eight distinct tracks which include 46 educational sessions, 9 panel sessions, and 3 keynotes, as well as a vendor forum, and daily networking events.

Xplor has opened up the call for presentations with the ability to submit for one of three positions: Session Presenter, Panel Moderator, or Panelist.

“We are looking for great content, made up of real world experiences, delivered by people who have lived it.”, says Roger Chamberlain, 2016 Conference Chair, “I highly encourage people to submit quickly if they are interested in participating as over the last three years we have had many more submissions than speaking opportunities.”

Xploration® 15 Deemed a Success

The Customer Communications Conference is well received by Attendees

Lutz, FL – April 29, 2015 – Xplor International, the worldwide electronic document systems association, today announced that they deemed Xploration® 15 a success. Xploration® 15 was held in Orlando, Florida April 14-16, 2015.

The event featured over 60 educational sessions in addition to the general sessions and vendor forum. The vendor forum featured 38 leading-edge providers of document technology products and services. The conference also included daily networking events, two keynote speakers, the second annual Customer Engagement Program and pre-conference programs provided by Madison Advisors and PrintMediaCentr.

For 2015, the conference Education Committee once again focused on user experiences as part of the agenda, resulting in more end user presentations that featured real world experience and best practices.

“We are extremely pleased with the results of the 2015 event. We made many changes based on recommendations from our 2014 attendees that were well received.” said Skip Henk, EDP, President and CEO of Xplor. “Next week we start planning Xploration® 16. which will once again take place in the March-April timeframe. Additional details will be announced in the upcoming weeks.”

Although attendance was on par with the 2014 event, first time and international attendance rose. Approximately 38% of Xploration® 15 attendees were first-timers and 18% of attendees came from outside of the United States. International attendance included delegates from Columbia, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Iceland, Mexico, Netherlands, and Sweden.
