“Industry Trends – A Changing CCM Landscape” Panel Announced for XPLOR19

A Changing CCM Landscape” will feature Pat McGrew, M-EDP, of Keypoint Intelligence/InfoTrends as the moderator. She will be joined by Tim Cooper of NCP Solutions, Brian Cox of RR Donnelley, Christine Erna of CJE Consulting, and Joanne Gore of Joanne Gore Communications.

Technology is changing the customer communication space. From artificial intelligence, chatbots and communication ecosystems, these technologies are raising the customer experience bar.
